JTM reissue style power transformer

This transformer has primary taps for 120 and 240VAC and is designed
to be a drop in replacement.
The secondary tap will deliver around 450VDC to the plates
depending
on what the input voltage is on the primary. This is an upgrade from the
stock power transformer.
